CITING REFERENCES

Footnotes

1. The citation of reference is placed at the bottom part of the page. In writing citation of references, write first the full name of the author then the title of the reference, place of publication, publishing company, year of publication and page.
Ex. Jose P. Abletez, Katarungang Pambarangay, Mediators Manual (Manila: Romco Publishing House, 1996

2. When the reference to be cited is the same reference with the same page previously cited without intervention, write Ibid.
Ex. Jose P. Abletez, Katarungang Pambarangay, Mediators Manual (Manila: Romco Publishing House, 1996) p.10. Ibid.

3. When the reference to be cited is the same reference with the same page previously cited with the intervention write the last name of the author and loc. cit.
Ex. Jose P. Abletez, Katarungang Pambarangay, Mediators Manual (Manila: Romco Publishing House, 1996) p.10. The Local Government Code of 1991, Section 412. Abletez, loc.cit.

4. When the reference to be cited is the same reference with a different page from the one previously cited, write the last name of the author then op.cit. and the page.
Ex. Jose P. Abletez, Katarungang Pambarangay, Mediators Manual (Manila: Romco Publishing House, 1996) p.10. The Local Government Code of 1991, Section 412. Abletez, loc.cit. p.18.
