Good Sir/Madam; December may be near, tis the season to open our hearts and share the blessings of God all throughout the year. In behalf of my nephew, Mon Isaac Bailon, I come in awe of your generosity. He is only twelve (12) years old and long have been suffering from recurring ailments of which was never diagnosed for his parents cannot afford medical expenses. He is presently hospitalized at East Avenue Medical Hospital, Quezon City wherein he was diagnosed of Bone Tuberculosis and Anemia and was confined thereto just this month of October, 2013. Accordingly, because of the medical attendance now being catered to his illness, he is on the process of recovering. However, due to the fact that this illness needs lengthy and expensive medical treatment, the family doesnt have the means in the furtherance of continuous medication. We need your help.
