then different recitations and "uas and in the end a## worshipping ritua#s which remo$e po$erty% Prayers (Namaz) &' Two (a)at (*nit) Prayer +uhaddith Ta,arsi writes in +a)arimu# A)h#a-: .Whene$er the /o#y Prophet (s%a%w%s%) saw that his fami#y had ,ecome needy, he used to say: 0 my fami#y1 Pray Namaz, pray Namaz%2345 6' Namaz Sha, A person came to Imam Sadi- (a%s%) and comp#ained a,out se$ere po$erty and hunger% Imam Sadi- (a%s%) as)ed: .+an, do you pray Namaz Sha,7 /e rep#ied: 8es% /azrat turned to his companions and said: .0ne who prays Namaz Sha, and is hungry in the day, is mista)en, ,ecause A##ah has assured sustenance of the day through Namaz Sha,%92335 :' Namaz Istighfar /o#y Prophet (s%a%w%s%) said: .Whene$er you see pro,#ems and confusion in your #ife or in your wor), as) your wants from A##ah and ne$er #ea$e Namaz Istighfar% It is of two ra)ats% In e$ery (a)at recite Surah /amd and Surah adr once each, then say fifteen times Astaghfiru##ah then go into (u)u and recite its ;i)r ten times, #i)e in Namaz of /azrat <a=far Tayyar (r%a%)% In this way, the A#mighty A##ah wi## impro$e a## your affairs%92&>>5 ?' .Teach me a trait of character due to which A##ah and /is creatures may #o$e me and A##ah may e~pand my sustenance, my ,ody may remain hea#thy, my #ife may ,e pro#onged and I shou#d ,e with you on <udgment "ay% /azrat to#d: These are si~ things and they re-uire si~ -ua#ities: Whene$er you want A##ah to #o$e you, ,e afraid of /im and ,e carefu# of your duties towards /im% Whene$er you want to ,e dear among others, do good with them and don=t ,e greedy for what they ha$e% Whene$er you want your wea#th to increase, gi$e ;a)at (wea#th ta~)% If you want hea#th from A##ah, gi$e a #ot of charity% If you want A##ah to increase your #ifespan, do good to your re#ati$es and if you want to ,e with me on <udgment "ay, pro#ong your prostration for A##ah%26?5 :' Pi#grimage of the /ouse of A##ah isitation to the house of A##ah ' /ayy or *mrah causes e~pansion of sustenance% Imam a-ir (a%s%) said: /o#y Prophet (s%a%w%s%) remar)ed: .0ne who wants this wor#d and hereafter shou#d $isit this house%926}5 And in another tradition, he said: .Tra$e#, so that you may remain hea#thy, fight a war to get war ,ooty and perform /ayy, so that you ,ecome independent%9265 A#so, Imam Sadi- (a%s%) said: Imam ;ainu# A,ideen (a%s%) stated: .Perform /ayy and *mrah, so that your ,ody remains hea#thy, your sustenance e~pands to ,e enough for you and your fami#y%9265 ?' To stop on the mountains of Safa and +arwah Imam Sadi- (a%s%) said: .0ne who wants his wea#th to increase, shou#d stop a #ot on the mountains of Safa and +arwah%92645 A#though apparent#y stopping on +t% Safa has more reward as the name of Safa is mentioned in one tradition: .If you want your wea#th to increase, stop on +t% Safa%92635 }' ;iyarat ($isitation) of Imam /usain (a%s%) Imam a-ir (a%s%) said: .0rder our Shias to perform the ;iyarat of Imam /usain (a%s%), sure#y /azrat=s ;iyarat e~pands sustenance, increases #ifespan and secures a person from untoward incidents% It is necessary for those ,e#ie$ers who ha$e faith in his Imamate, which is from A##ah, to perform his ;iyarat%9264>5 zi)ewise /a#a,i says: I as)ed Imam Sadi- (a%s%): +ay I ,e sacrificed for you1 What do you say a,out a person who has the capacity to perform the ;iyarat of Imam /usain (a%s%) and he does not do it7 /azrat rep#ied: Such a person is Aaq (dissociated) of the /o#y Prophet (s%a%w%s%) and our Aaq% /e has ta)en #ight#y that which is ,eneficia# for him% A##ah wi## fu#fi## the wishes of one who performs the ;iyarat of /azrat, and his necessary wor#d#y affairs wi## ,e enough for him% Sure#y the ;iyarat of /azrat ,rings sustenance to the pi#grim and whate$er he spends, wi## ,e reco$ered ,y him, his sins of fifty years wi## ,e forgi$en and he wi## return to his fami#y with a## his sins forgi$en and a## his mista)es erased from his register of deeds% If the pi#grim dies during the yourney, ange#s come down and gi$e him hus# (,ath) and a door of hea$en wi## ,e opened for him and a smooth wind wi## ,#ow towards him ti## <udgment "ay% And if he returns safe#y, the door through which sustenance comes down, wi## ,e opened for him and against each dirham he spent, rewards of &>,>>> dirhams wi## ,e written for him and when he comes on
