147 #2 Youve noticed that a student you are working with is counting objects with an accurate sequence of numbers words, but is not attaching one number to each object. Therefore, the students final count is inconsistent and inaccurate. What would you plan to help this student develop a better grasp of one-to-one correspondence? I would say that you would have to back track a bit with this student to see where they really are at with their number correspondence. It would take a lot of practice and repetition with learning their numbers. I think hands on activities will definitely help the student be able to see and recognize this one to one correspondence.
