Almond-Orange Granola Recipe

Ingredients

cooking spray 2 1/2 cup(s) oats, rolled 1 cup(s) cereal, wheat flakes 1/3 cup(s) cereal, Grape Nuts, or whole bran cereal 1/3 cup(s) nuts, almonds, sliced, or pecan pieces 1/3 cup(s) orange juice 2 tablespoon honey 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground yogurt, low-fat, or fat-free milk, or fresh fruit (optional)

Preparation
1. Coat a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. In a large bowl stir together oats, wheat flakes, Grape Nuts, and nuts. In a small saucepan stir together orange juice, honey, allspice, and cinnamon. Cook and stir just until boiling. Remove from heat. Pour over oat mixture, tossing just until coated. 2. Spread oat mixture evenly in prepared pan. Bake, uncovered, in a 325 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until oats are lightly browned, stirring twice. Remove from oven. Immediately turn out onto a large piece of foil; cool completely. Serve with yogurt, milk, and/or fresh fruit.
