I am writing to you today concerning a recent business trip on your airline to an HVAC training conference in La Cross, Wisconsin. Three of my employees did not receive their Sky Miles for the trip. They were also double charged for their checked baggage. According to our corporate travel agreement with Delta airlines baggage charges are waived for corporate business travel.

We propose that Sky Miles credit our due Sky Miles and that the additional baggage fees, be credited back to our corporate travel account. Our company has seriously considered the renewing of our corporate contract for the upcoming year. Pending the outcome of Delta and Sky Miless resolution to this complaint.

Our company appreciates your time to review and give our complaint serious consideration. We hope that you arrive at a mutually agreeable solution in an efficient and timely manner.
