DOORS & WINDOWS

board flush shutter
2) Windows to be powder coated glazed aluminium.

ELECTRICITY

: Concealed PVC Conduit with copper wiring for

electrical fittings and power points with modular

switches.

PLUMBING/SANITARY : Water supply to toilets and wash basin etc., from over
head tank through concealed PVC pipes. Standard
fittings from Hindware/Parryware. CP fittings from

: Antiskid vitrified tile flooring and Ceramic tile wall

WEATHERING COURSE: Brick Bat water proofing with smooth cement finish.
