BMCC FF-I Academy & FS Program- Academy skills week-ends are being coordinated by Moore/Bozeman, with George. All students are currently caught up and all above 80% pass rate. FS Steering Committee- meant, and outlined the next steps in submitting the NOI, and the structure and purpose of the Steering committee, is to advise the College on the program. The Curriculum Committee will see the intro of the FS program in the Oct 25th meeting, and the first reading in the Dec meeting. The Steering committee will meet again Nov 8 th at 1pm during the Oregon Fire Districts Director Assoc meeting, in Pendleton. Old Business: Wildland Class(Stanton) Jim needs to add email for Brost, Ford and Easley on the class( They are not getting the class notices) S-230/231 Dec 2013 S-215- May 5-6-7 2014 S-290 Feb 2104 S-330 Spring Fire School April 2014 Struggling to staff summer ICS teams, would like to get more people qualified.

New Business: Winterize burn building- Stanton is checking the tarp. MRC- Medical Reserve Corp (HFES)- introduction to the MRC, function and structure for 7 county Eastern Oregon Regional MRC. Send out the strategic plan.

Spring Fire School April 4- 5 -6 College classroom, Instructor I, NFPA class offered via grant, HazMat- aware and ops, S330. Vendors are a go, Bostwick will coordinate. Brost/Bostwick reserve Pioneer Hall, maybe S & T if needed. Possible ICS 300class ( finalize schedule next month) FF-II classes (Ford) is there a need and want to do the FFII (40 hr didactical) class like we do an academy. Stanton will send an interest email Ford is willing to help coordinate with the college to offer in a similar way, on-line delivery, as we currently do the FFI academy. Pendleton Fire wants to host an EMS conference in Feb 2014. Contact Shaun Ford, PFD.
