Keyboard Shortcuts - Excel 2007

Manypeoplefindusingkeyboardshortcutstoissuecommandsmuchfasterthanusingtheirmouse.Therearetwo typesofshortcutkeysinExcel:MenuAccessKeysandCommandKeys. MenuAccessKeysPressingALTonyour keyboardwilldisplaynumbersandlettersonthe tabbedribbon.Youcanthenpressthe correspondingkeyonyourkeyboardtoexecute thedesiredmenuitem. CommandKeysThesearecomprisedoffunctionkeys(i.e.F1,F2,F3)andkeystrokecombinations(i.e.CONTROL +Z)whichissuevariouscommands.UnlikeMenuAccessKeys,CommandKeysdonotfollowanygivenpathonthe tabbedribbon.TheremainderofthisguideisconcernedwithCommandKeys. SyntaxUsedintheTablesBelow ThetablesbelowlistCommandKeysavailableinExcel.Notethatsomecommandsrequirekeystrokecombinations.
