specifies that members of the Violence Prevention and Public Safety Oversight Committee are to be appointed one by each Member of the City Council and three by the Mayor to serve such terms as set by the City Council by Ordinance now therefore be it by the nomination of Councilmember Brooks the following individual is hereby appointed to the term beginning as set forth below and ending as to be determined by Ordinance
