INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN 5 YEARS

PERSONAL VISION STATEMENT: By 2018, I am a committed, competent and compassionate Actuarial Analyst that has a satisfying earnings in which I could help my family as well as the needy people in their necessities. Also, inspired by the Thomasian and Christian values, I will provide the best qualities of services in life insurance to our clients while managing a top-notch staff. PERSONAL MISSION STATEMENT: As an Actuarial Analyst by 2018, I will give the best services in ensuring lives in order for them to prepare for their future needs. Driven by these core values, I will uphold the good qualities of a professional Thomasian to my topnotch staff.

PERSONAL OBJECTIVES: At the end of every year, I will be able to: 1. To pass at least one Actuarial Exam after a thorough review. 2. Invest my earnings in business wherein I can have other sources of income for my future use 3. Deepen my relationship with my family through social gatherings and spending more time with them 4. Build network of friends in work and social group to enhance my skills through seminars and social gatherings 5. Deepen my relationship with God through consistency in attending masses in church and in reading the Bible.
