INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN 5 YEARS 1) Personal Vision Statement By 2018, I see myself as a person any company would be proud of. I see myself as a skilled, experienced, respected person at a well-compensated managerial position. By 2018, I have finished my masters degree on business administration, and opened my first recording studio showing my dedication to my work and passion. 2) Personal Mission Statement As a successful person by 2018, I will contribute not just to the company I belong to, but also to other aspects of the society. Particularly, to young people who dream of being musicians, and to families of cancer patients by starting a cancer awareness program and support group. As a person in a managerial position, I will continue my growth in the industry by taking actuarial exams. 3) Personal Objectives At the end of every year, I will be able to: Invest my money in a music-related business, such as a recording studio, enhance my knowledge through preparing for actuarial exams and attending seminars/conferences,

enhance my skills through challenging myself with more difficult goals, form solid connections to other business people and to my work colleagues, develop a stronger relationship with the Almighty through regular prayers and attending the Holy Eucharist.
