Q1. Please Describe yourself in a few sentences.

(Please stick to Honesty; describe both Good & Bad and embellishment is not
required; Just Stay Candid & Sincere Truth)

A1: I am a person who wants to be different from others, wants to be see

differently from most people, and has big ambitions. I love to try something
new and be in the spotlight. I am confident and vocal in giving opinions and
views on things. Sometimes I like to not be in line with most people’s opinions
and prefer to try things in different ways. Cheerful and loves to make others
laugh and be happy. But sometimes I find it hard to hide my facial expression
if I don't like something. Even so, I always try to accept differences of opinion
and respect the views of others. I am confident that I was born to be a prudent
leader. I love to share stories, experiences, and knowledge with others so that
sometimes I don't realize I talk a lot compared to others in my circle but it is
me and I really like to talk and I believe it's a way to tell people about my
presence in their group. I find it hard to get close to new people but will be
very friendly and welcoming when getting know each other. I want the best for
myself and my parents. I see myself as a role model to my siblings and I have
to make sure I am always do the best. As I get older I learn more patient and
not give up easily by keep trying until success. The past taught me to become
a strong individual physically and mentally.
Q2. Please Describe your Reactions in an Environment without a Map Given

A2: I will not panic but I will stay calm and use my instincts and confidence in
identifying the right path and direction. Usually I will look at the surrounding
area and make guesses based on my knowledge of the state of a place. Focus
on the goal but at the same time do not ignore any clues along the way.
- Asking for people about the direction just like back to old day when
people ask about the direction

Q3. How do People who do Not Like You, Describe You?

A3: I believe they will say I look like an arrogant and unfriendly person.
Sometimes too sensitive and too outspoken in conversation, yet I believe
people who don’t like me are those who haven’t met and know me fully.
- I received lots of first impression from people toward me basically
arrogant, unfriendly, too sensitive and to loud. However, I do believe the
first impressions can changed when they get to know me instead.

Q4. The Worst Thing you’ve ever done in your Life to another Human Being?

A4: As far back as I can remember, the worst thing I’ve ever done to someone
else was in a relationship, where I once told someone I loved her and we were
in a relationship, but after a few weeks I could feel that it wasn’t actually a
feeling of love but was just a way for me to revenge and show to my ex -
girlfriend that I can get someone new, hence, I disappear, don’t answer calls or
reply to messages. Finally I sent her a short message telling that I want to
break up and ask her not to call me again and I blocked her on all social media
and phones. Although it was a bad thing I had done to the girl, but I was
convinced that it was better than continuing to give false hope and be in
hypocrisy.

Q5. Your Most Self Satisfying Achievement in Life so Far?

A5: I am so thankful at the age of 28, and by 2021, I already have 7 years of
working experiences in various industries and fields. I managed to prove that
in the young age is not a reason for us not to succeed. I had been an assistant
restaurant manager at the age of 22 and led over 20 staff under my supervision
and became the manager on duty on my shift daily, run a 24 hours restaurant
that also has a drive-thru lane. Being an educator since 2014 until today and
when my students managed to score A in their exams, and they contacted me
telling their achievement, it was indeed a very happy satisfaction. Apart from
that, I am also satisfied to have the opportunity to continue my studies at the
bachelor's degree level on a part-time basis and have successfully obtained
the Dean's Award 5 times in a row at the same time doing a full-time
employee.
Q6. Can you Survive in an Achievement Environment with Clear Objectives given;
but little Guidance given?

A6: It is not a big problem for me to survive in an achievement environment

with little guidance but clear objective. Throughout my life experiences, even
when I was studying as part -time student, there were many things like
assignments and projects that we had to complete ourselves with limited
guidelines from the lecturers. Whereas when I became a manager on duty, I
used more focused observation skills and learned from the situation. In
addition, I am a person who will take the initiative and read a lot and ask those
who are more experienced, especially to handle an issue that occurs. The
changing nature of work also trained me to be independent and not give up
easily in doing things and keep trying. Failing on the first attempt does not
mean we are weak; everyone has the same opportunity to learn from mistakes
and experiences to get better. I believe that, a little guidance is an opportunity
for me to be more creative and dare to try something new.

(C) Questions on what you know about Us & How you can Fit in:

Q1. How do you Think MYC! Generates Sustainable Revenue?

A1: The engagement between MYC! And among the youth generation is a key
point in generating a sustainable revenue. A creative approach, and the
provision of vast opportunities by MYC! As a one stop organization centre in
providing the best platform for marketing purposes, branding and attractive
programs involving international brands. Of course, the positive response and
involvement from the youth as the target market has succeeded in preserving
the purpose and core role of MYC!

Q2. How can you Contribute to MYC! in terms of Revenue & Human Environment
Value?

A2: As an individual with an educational background in human resource

management and mass communication in public relations, in addition to
career experience allows me to optimize all these advantages in helping the
success of programs and projects conducted by MYC !. The skills and
experiences available can help especially the youths in educational
institutions to follow the programs conducted. The interest to communicate
and work in a team can certainly realize a program that requires strong
cooperation from all parties. I also hope that I can share a little bit of
knowledge and experience and gain from those who are more experienced in
giving back to the community. Also as a youth who is indeed young at heart, I
am able to deepen and approach and understand what today’s generation
needs.
Q3. How is your Life Training so far valuable to MYC!?

A3: I'm very sure, MYC! Looking for individuals with good values to be part of
the big MYC! family. Everyone goes through a different phase of life, including
myself, over the last 28 years I have learned, improved and added a variety of
best skills and values such as leadership, time management, determination,
deep interest and courage to try something new. It is not easy to study and
work at the same time, but I managed to survive from 2016 until now and will
enter my final semester this April. I managed to balance responsibilities in
work, learning, family and social activities. This determination and passionate
makes me strong and keep trying without admitting defeat until I succeed.
Ever since I was in school, I have been exposed to leadership responsibilities
and represented the school and district level a lot in various competition
events. I was appointed as the Protocol Exco of the School Prefect Board as
early as Form 4 where at that time, the other exco line was composed of form
five students, then in my final year in secondary school I was the Head Student
and recipient of the Mainstream Principal Special Award as well as
Outstanding SPM 2010 students Award. I believe, the values I have will be able
to give an injection of success and new colour to MYC!

Q4. If MYC! is a Korean Drama Series, Describe your Role in a Creative Story Way

A4: Honestly, I have to say that I am not a fan of the Korean Drama Series,
however I had started to get interest and watch every episode of the
Penthouse Drama Series Season Two. If MYC! Is a Korean drama, I dream to
have a role as a man who is smart in planning, organizing and succeeding
strategies and have a variety of expertise and skills that can help people as
well as efficient in solving problems. In addition, I also want to be a charming
person and has its own charm and is easy to approach and liked by everyone.
Excellent in communications and always focuses on efforts and objectives in
achieving life goal. I am not a person who wants to succeed alone but I will
make sure that the group and those around me can also together benefit from
my success. If there is a problem, I like to be one of the individuals whose
opinions are taken into account and involved in the effort to bring excellence
to the organization I shelter.

Q5. Why Should we Hire You?

A5: I am pretty sure, you may have many great candidates for this position, but
now is the time for a competitive part. As you can see in my resume, my hard
skills would certainly that are you looking for in candidates. I would say that
my experiences and also the background changes process would also make
me good in communication and understand how to transform organization in a
modern way. Besides that, I am a team player, collaborator and I have a sense
of humour which required to penetrate among the youth circle. I am also
capable of good leadership in managing and leading the team to achieve their
vision, mission and objectives. I believe that you are looking for someone who
can take ownership of this role, I am still learning about your company but I
wish the quality that I have will help this company reach its goals and I would
love the opportunity to be apart. I also sure that the good reputation of the
company to provide a creative platform for global brand to engage with youth
since year 2000 will also give me a chance to learn and bring more values
added in developing myself.
