Greetings!

As a requirement for the course Disciplines and Ideas in the Applied Social Sciences
(DIASS), Grade 12 HUMSS students of Emilio Aguinaldo College – Manila are tasked to
conduct an interview with a Priest from any Our Lady of the Assumpion Parish This
interview aims to allow students to understand the work settings/institutions and the
processes of the aforementioned profession. A narrative report of the interview shall
also be submitted to the subject teacher for evaluation.

With this said, we would be grateful if we could conduct an interview with you to
understand more about your profession as a Priest and your work setting/institution.
The interview shall be conducted on 09/16/19, 7:00pm at Our Lady of the Assumption
Parish or on your preferred schedule and venue. Attached is a consent form and guide
questions for the interview for your perusal.
