Body Fitness
A uniquely classic sport, fencing incorpo-
rates history, drama, romance, style and art,
in addition to the advantages of being physi-
cally demanding. This intriguing and intense
sport is as fun as it is competitive. Fencing
develops discipline, balance, coordination,
and sportsmanship. It helps the participant
develop quicker reflexes and an ability to
make lighting fast analyses of tactical situa-
tions.
In addition to the development of physical
qualities, fencing develops concentration,
tactical and strategic thinking, and persever-
ance. Success in fencing is not based solely
on size, strength and speed; victory goes to
the smartest and most determined. When
appropriate competition is introduced as a
part of the fencing experience, with emphasis
on learning the competition skills that lead to
results. With competitions for all ages and
levels the sport is enjoyed by both recrea-
tional and competitive fencers!

weapons are provide. Students can also buy their
equipment from us with special discounted price.
Beside basic equipments, 2 sets of electric scoring
apparatus is also available for bout training.
