There has been a lot o" discussion within and without the membership about the e ents that led up to this and there are a lot o" stron$ "eelin$s about his departure and the $eneral state o" a""airs within the 'K re"ereein$ community. ,xcom met with Tre or -re$ory .'K(F) /hairman and AF() president0 and 1ern (eid .'K(F) /,20 last wee# and % ha e had numerous con ersations with them since to $ain a clear picture o" what transpired and to oice concerns on the direction o" re"ereein$ in 'K. !e ha e also met with 3ai (ees .'K(F) 'ead o" Technical 3e elopment & Per"ormance0 who was &ernards direct line mana$er and dri er o" the current restructure o" the )nions re"erees department. ,xcom had an extraordinary meetin$ last wee# and we decided it was imperati e to hold an ,xtraordinary -eneral 4eetin$ to $et membership to$ether to ensure e eryone has a clear picture o" what did transpire. !e also want to hear members "eelin$s and concerns at this time. !e also want to ta#e some time to outline the way "orward "rom here. &oth Tre or and 1ern ha e been ery supporti e o" us o er this time and $enuinely want to address our concerns5 and wor# towards a more inclusi e5 harmonious relationship. 2nce the ,-4 is o er5 we will sit down with Tre or5 1ern and 3ai5 and to$ether wor# out a plan "or the
