Stacy Nichol Bullock
Founder / Owner
SoReal Coaching & Consulting for Women
Stacy Nichol Bullock began her career as a special education teacher in 1999
in the Northside Independent School District (NISD). After earning her masters
degree in 2004, at age 28, she was promoted to the coordinator of the high
school special education department, where she worked 80-hour weeks
supervising a staff of 20 teachers and 10 instructional assistants. The birth of her
second child made Bullock step back and reconsider her quality of life.
So, in 2006, she quit the public school scene and and became a program/
volunteer coordinator for the Magdalena House, a nonproft that works helping
women be good mothers to their children.
The public school system came calling again in 2007. Bullock became a consultant and
professional development trainer with Region 20 Education Service Center, one of
the Texas Education Agencys organizations that provides support to the districts,
such as workshops and technical assistance. Bullock currently evaluates teachers
performance.
But her work at the Magdalena House stuck with her. I later had an
epiphany to begin my own business, Bullock says. In 2009, she founded So Real
Coaching & Consulting for Women, through which she helps new moms with
issues ranging from getting their baby on a sleep schedule to coaching them on
the transition from full-time professional to a stay-at-home mom.Together, the two
jobs have created a full career. In between, she volunteers for a retreat ministry through her
church, which she calls life-changing for participants.

Chris Cannon
Owner
Fighting 4 Youth
As a teenager, Chris Cannon only knew that he wanted to be a millionaire by age
30. Born to young teenage parents, Cannon struggled through school, but earned
his way into Eastern Michigan University, where he played football. But the locker
rooms of college athletics arent the easiest places to make the right decisions.
Cannon wrestled to overcome the appealing temptations of sex, drugs, and low-
academic performance, he says on his website.
Cannon graduated and became a teacher and coach at Belleville
High School in Cleveland, Ohio, where he discovered his passion
for helping young men overcome lifes challenges. However, as
I began doing something I really love, I realized making millions
was going to be a lot more diffcult than I expected, he says.
Cannon not only motivates youth, but trains the adults
in their lives teachers, coaches, parents how to
communicate with them by fully understanding todays
culture. Cannons goal is to teach ordinary people how to
be better than they know how. His book Winning Back
Our Boys has been a hit at schools nationwide. Through
the process hes learned that true wealth is about leaving
a legacy that lasts long after youre gone. Time is the
greatest asset that we possess, and regrets are the worst
thing to live with, so maximizing every opportunity is
important, says Cannon.
