agreements. However the trusts were not legal mergers. Rockefeller used a trust to gain full control of the oil industry in America. He paid his workers e tremely low prices. He also sold oil at lowers prices than what it cost to produce it. !hen after he drove out all of his competitors he would make the prices really high.

%roblems that workers faced in the "5th century were that they didn(t work healthy hours. !hey also did not have good wages. %eople at this time that were unskilled workers mainly didn(t have a fair wages which mainly affected the people(s lives. 'any rich people that owned the factories took advantage of the unskilled worker. 'any of these workers need to protest and fight for better pay ect.

%roblems that workers face today is that many people are unemployed because the economy is not doing so well. %roblems today are different than what they were back then though. !oday we have laws that give people certain wages and to prevent companies from taking advantage of workers. %roblems today that probably still happened back then were that some people although there are laws against it are discrimination. Something very different from back then was the back then there were monopolies and now monopolies are illegal and the marketplace is pretty fair concerning that.
