SSA Phil Doucet has been with the FBI for 12 years, since October 1991. He was


first assigned to the Washington Field Office, where he worked public corruption. Next
he worked on a Hostage Rescue Team in Louisiana. From 1999 until April 2003, Doucet
was assigned to the Critical Incidence Response Group at Quantico. He was assigned to
the Orlando Resident Agency in April.

Doucet's squad does not work al Qaeda. He heads the Bravard JITF, which is
the only was in which he might occasionally work an al Qaeda related case. Doucet has
notworked any investigation with potential links to 9111 .
