Citrus Pasta Salad

Ingredients 8 oz orzo pasta 1 lemon, for zest/juice 1 tangerine, for zest/juice 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste 1/4 teaspoon pepper, or to taste 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped 1 medium orange, peeled and segmented 1 medium grapefruit, peeled and segmented 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese Steps 1. Prepare pasta following package instructions. Rinse with cold water to cool; drain thoroughly. 2. Zest/grate lemon and tangerine peel (no white; 1 teaspoon each). Squeeze lemon and tangerine for juice (1 tablespoon each) and place both in medium serving bowl. Add salt, and pepper; whisk in oil. 3. Stir in pasta, both zests, and basil; top with citrus segments and cheese.
