The Six Rivers National Forest will soon be filling a permanent full-time GS-4628/9 Dispatch Assistant Center Manager position based at Fortuna Interagency Command Center in Fortuna, California. The deadline for applying is January 27, 2014.

Salary Range: $43,389 to $62,297 per year

Duties for target grade: Serves as a dispatcher with primary responsibility to coordinate complex multijurisdictional wildland fire, law enforcement, public use and other wildland urban interface/intermix situations, with other federal, state, county and local cooperators.
