    Good academic record with 1st Class at M.Sc. level (for Science) OR at M.A. level (for Humanities) OR Good academic record with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA at the Masters Degree level, in the relevant subject from an Indian University or equivalent degree from a Foreign University. Besides fulfilling this qualification a candidate should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lecturers conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the HPPSC First Class Diploma in relevant branch of Engineering
