Program: Partners in Recovery Logic Model

Situation: Individuals arrested for drug and alcohol offenses are not receiving the treatment they need to change their behaviors and maintain sobriety. Offenders must be held accountable for their offenses as well as receive treatment they need to overcome their addictions.
