Ask to the customer how many item needed Proceed to the shelves and get the product chosen by the customer Go to the stock room if the item is not displayed in the shelve Present the all item to the customer List down all the product chosen by the customer Packed the item purchased and proceed to the cashier for the payment and issue of receipt.
