"ominican #epublic consider that the %nited States has the appropriate right to monitoring communications to prevent a terrorist attac or any action to obstruct the safety of international ! Information and communication technologies )ICTS* is already widespread $ national intelligence and espionage units all use it to their advantage to find information ! If the information and communication technologies are inappropriate for people to ta e to the vicious broad applications$ will have a significant threat to international safety! And to ma e the appropriate measures to deal with this situation may occur $ the %nited Nations should have a careful consideration of this and plans ! "ominican delegates will endorse the NSA global surveillance program at the meeting $ and believe it is beneficial for the development of a worldwide action !
