Sacra ento -ountain Retreat was developed to provide a place conducive to t%e enCoy ent of t%e natural environ ent3 play3 rest3 fellows%ip3 wors%ip3 and spiritual develop ent. Direct control of operations is t%e responsi<ility of t%e Sacra ent -ountain Retreat $a pground "ssociation Board of Directors and 8:ecutive $o ittee. Reservations
Sacra ento -ountain Retreat is availa<le to groups and organi?ations wis%ing to use t%e grounds for purposes t%at are in %ar ony wit% t%e standards to w%ic% t%ese grounds %ave <een consecrated. Reservations are ade on a first,co e3 first,served <asis. -ini u group si?e is 2( people. -a:i u group si?e is )+( people. 8ac% year t%e Sacra ento -ountain Retreat $a ping "ssociation reviews and sets t%e fee structure. Please send in your co pleted Reservation Application as soon as possi<le to <egin t%e reservation process. " confir ation of reservation will <e ailed <ac& to t%e "ctivity Director upon receipt of t%e User Agreement docu ent3 deposit3 and state ent of insurance. Deposit

!nsurance
Sacra ento -ountain Retreat does not provide "ccident 7ealt% Insurance. "ctivities not affiliated wit% t%e $o unity of $%rist Rio 5rande -ission $enter ust provide evidence of lia<ility insurance as outlined in t%e User Agreement docu ent. Participants associated wit% t%e Rio 5rande -ission $enter are assisted wit% inCury costs <y li ited funds provided t%roug% t%e >orld $%urc% for our e <ers. '%ese onies are in conCunction wit% personal insurance.

!nvoice of Services
'%e $a pground -anager will present t%e "ctivity Business -anager wit% an Invoice of Services during c%ec&out. '%e invoice will include all ca pground usage fees3 eal fees3 &itc%en usage fees3 da age fees3 and e:tra c%arges as needed. "n Invoice of Services for will <e sent to t%e "ctivity Director as part of t%e reservation process. " copy of t%e Invoice of Services is located in t%e Appendices.

'%e "ctivity Business -anager will pay t%e full <alance due at t%e end of t%e "ctivity to Sacra ento -ountain Retreat. '%is pay ent will <e given to t%e $a pground -anager. '%e G2+( deposit will not <e returned until t%e ca pground %as <een t%oroug%ly inspected for cleanliness and da age. Damages
'%e "ctivity is responsi<le for all costs associated wit% da ages t%at ta&e place during t%e "ctivity. During c%ec&out t%e $a pground -anager will notify t%e "ctivity Business -anager of suc% c%arges. $%arges can <e deducted fro t%e "ctivity <alance for up to t%irty A3(B days after t%e closing of t%e "ctivity. Clean+up Procedures

It is t%e duty of t%e "ctivity Director to tour t%e grounds at t%e end of t%e "ctivity in t%e co pany of t%e $a pground -anager and <e responsi<le for any and all cleaning not done <y t%e participants <efore leaving. "ll facilities including ca<ins3 asse <ly s%elter3 dining %all3 <at%%ouses3 yout% s%elter3 nursery3 and ot%er eeting areas are to <e t%oroug%ly cleaned according to t%e $lean,up Procedure posted in t%at facility. If t%ere are no posted clean,up procedures t%an t%e facility ust <e swept clean3 tras% cans e ptied3 and t%e facility left in good order. Bot% Bat%%ouses ust <e cleaned at least once a day and prior to c%ec&out. It is strongly reco ended t%at $a<in Bat%roo s also <e cleaned at least once a day and t%ey ust <e cleaned prior to c%ec&out. Bat%%ouse duties are posted in t%e <at%%ouses and are included in t%e Appendices. 1urse-Medical #ssistance 8ac% "ctivity is re9uired to %ave edical assistance on staff and provide t%eir own edical2first aid supplies. '%is person is responsi<le for edical attention to all inCured persons3 referring to a edical doctor w%en necessary3 &eeping all %ealt% and insurance for s during any yout% activity3 and &eeping a record of all inCuries and illnesses in t%e edical log<oo& provided in t%e nurseKs station. Recreation $oordinator is responsi<le for all recreational e9uip ent3 recreational area cleanup at t%e end of t%e activity3 and reports <ro&en or worn out e9uip ent to t%e "ctivity

Scrape all soiled dis%es into t%e tras% using a ru<<er spatula. Li9uids3 suc% as ice and cereal3 go in t%e li9uids <uc&et located under t%e cups rac&. 6se one section of t%e triple sin& to %and was% all sides of trays3 <owls3 and ot%er dis%es wit% %ot soapy water. "not%er section is used to rinse all dis%es for a final spot cleanliness c%ec& <efore eac% dis% is properly placed in a saniti?er tray. $ups and silverware do not %ave to <e %and was%ed unless t%ey are %eavily soiled. Be aware of any lipstic&3 %ot c%ocolate goo3 or ot%er stuc&,on foods on and2or in cups and silverware.
