2014 League Constitution

League format and construction

The league will have __ teams and players from the entire MLB/MILB universe are roster eligible. Match-ups will be head-to-head with a different opponent each week through the regular season. Scoring will be 6X6 Roto. Categories will include RUNS, STEALS, HOMERUNS, BATTING AVERAGE, ON-BASE PERCENTAGE and RBI for batting. Pitching will include HOLDS, WINS, SAVES, STRIKEOUTS, ERA and WHIP.

Rosters and player accusation

Each roster will be made up of 30 active players and 3 DL slots. C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, 1B/3B, 2B/SS. OF x5, UTIL, 9 pitching slots and six bench spots. A two day waiver period will be enforced with no add/drop limit per week or season. However, between the softwares reset and the draft no players shall be added.

Trades There will be no limit on trading during the season or off season. There will be no trade veto but in the event of a dispute of a trade by other owners the two parties must at least be able to defend and give reason for the trade. Weather the other owners agree is irrelevant but just that you feel youve somehow improved your team for the present or future. Any trade that involves future moves (PTBNL, draft pick trades, ect.) must be made aware of and agreed on by both parties on the leagues message board prior to any players/picks exchanging teams.

Keepers and Draft

Each team will be allowed exactly 20 keepers. If a team keeps less than the required 20 players, keepers will be added to the team via the LMs discretion. The draft date will set once a time and date have been agreed upon via a league vote. The most voted for date and time by the league will be selected.

Play-offs At the end of season each of the four division winners, plus two Wild Card teams, will make the play-offs. The play-offs will have the same scoring as the regular season with each weeks winner advancing. In the event of a tie the higher ranked team shall move on to the next round.

New issues during a season

In the event or an issues or dispute that isnt covered or has past precedent will be resolved via league vote and will be amended in the following years constitution.
