NLCS Jeju, BHA & KIS Jeju are very proud to be hosting the KISAC High School Basketball Championship for 2013-14. KISAC is a unique organization that prides itself on being Internationally minded, our competitions run using International federation rules and we welcome all schools. Throughout this tournament we hope that students from different schools across Seoul, Busan and Jeju will socialize and foster new friendships through the medium of English. Tournament Officials
The Sports Management Division of EnKor partners with local Korean associations and highly qualied international ofcials to provide the international community in Korea with qualied, experienced ofcials for a variety of sports at all age levels - youth and adult. Our ofcials hold certications from international sports governing bodies, or the relevant authority in their native country. To facilitate communication with coaches and players, we organize our crews to ensure at least one member has working uency in the preferred language of our customers, and we simplify administration with single currency invoicing of all expenses and required taxes. Head Basketball Referee: Jess Thompson: FIBA, NBA referee for 10 seasons, referee trainer for KBL & WKBL, Commissioner & Head Referee for Eastern Basketball Alliance; member of the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springeld Mass., USA.
