Tools required for assembly: 38 dia concrete appropriate drill bit, wrench. Step-by-Step Installation Instructions for the Conditioning Rope Wall Mount Anchor:

1 Drill 4 holes 278 to 3 deep in the wall. 2 3

Insert 1 Wall Anchor Bolt (D) into each hole in the wall. Place 1 Washer (B) on each Bolt (C) and insert through each hole on the Wall Mount Anchor (A). Using a wrench, tighten each Bolt (C) into each Wall Anchor Bolt (D).

Once installed, simply thread the conditioning rope through the Wall Mount Anchor (A) for training.
