Tell me about yourself.

Good Morning Sir/Madam, First of all thank you for giving this opportunity to introduce myself to you. I am T. S. Abinayakarthika. I'm coming from Tiruchengode. I'm pursuing my BE computer science and engineering in SSCET with aggregate 74%. I have completed my HSC from Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Tiruchengode with aggregate 65% and SSLC in the same School with aggregate 81%. I have a small nuclear family consisting of 4 members. My father is a private employee and my mother is a homemaker. I have one sibling. He studied in 12th standard. My strengths are hard worker, self motivating and easily adjustable to any environment. My weakness is to believe the others easily. I would like to spend my free time by net surfing and interacting with my family members and with my friends. I don't have short time and long time goals, my only goal is to give the best service to the organization where I work. I'm fresher. I don't have any working experience, but I will prove once the opportunity comes. That's all about myself. Once again thank you Sir/Madam.

Yes sir, as am a fresher, I have a fresh mind to work an any environment and learn new things to work smartly so I need a platform to prove my knowledge and soft skills like your company so if you hire me I do my best to our organization growth. Sir, as a fresher I can contribute fresh blood in the organisation and I have the spirit of learning new things as well as the ability to cope up with the new environment so I hope that these all will lead to enhance our organisation growth along with mine.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Strength: I am a quick learner, optimist, believe in hard working & easily adapt the changing environment. Weakness: - Easy to influence others. - Little emotional.

Sir actually I am not looking for just a job I am seeking a career and according to me your company is the best platform for me to start a career. It will definitely help me to gain experience, knowledge and for my career growth which will be turn also be helpful for your company. Thanks.

How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

I feel uncomfortable to work in weekends and nights because not only me every one waits for weekends to enjoy with their families. But if company really require my presence I will definitely be there.

Can you work under pressure?

Sir what I think is pressure is a state of mind. If a person is not good at something he/she will always be in pressure. If you have strong determination and dedication towards your work and you love what you do you will never fill the pressure of your work.

Are you willing to relocate or travel?

Yes sir, It is best opportunity to learn new things from new people of new culture in new environment.

What are your goals?

My short term goal is to be placed in your company. My long term goal is to become a key person in your company.

What motivates you to do good job?

Sir, my first inspiration is my father because of his simplicity

What makes you angry?

I don't get angry very easily. As I am a calm person and I know how to control my anger. But yes if someone ignores me without any reason it sometimes makes me angry. Anger is human nature. We can't avoid it but we can able control it. I get anger when someone interrupted in my job. I will manage it with a smile & I won't show to them.
