    Individual Assignment Select an organization of your choice and review its internal processes in order to find out which

    of the following best fits its operations strategy. 1.Product-Process Matrix 2.Service-System Design Matrix Justify your answer by describing in detail how the elements of the selected matrix is operationalized in the organization. Your answer should not be more than 2500 words (excluding any references) and should be submitted on printed A4 sheets, spiral bound with the covering page that will be sent to you attached at the front. Deadline for submission: 22ndFebruary 2014 As per regulations, a delay of one week after the deadline will carry a penalty of 25% of the marks. Beyond that no marks will be given.
