Orders containing a street address within the continental USA are shipped via FedEx, ground delivery
unless otherwise requested by the customer. FedEx Ground delivers Monday – Saturday (except holidays).
All P.O.Boxes, APO & FPO addresses are shipped USPS. A $3.00 surcharge is added to all P.O.Box orders
(to avoid this surcharge, provide a street address). No surcharge on APO & FPO addresses.
