The SAGT Civil Construction program provides a pathway for eligible individuals to have their existing skills recognised and provide the gap training required, to achieve nationally recognised qualifications within the building and construction industry.     Certificate III in Civil Construction (Plant Operations) Certificate III in Civil Construction (Road Construction & Maintenance) Certificate III in Civil Construction Certificate III in Landscape Construction Certificate III in Bricklaying/Blocklaying Certificate III in Carpentry Certificate III in Concreting Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication (Boilermaking) *Applicants must meet eligibility criteria to access funding. These programs are a Construction Skills Queensland initiative.

    Short courses:
    Courses are either fully or partially funded. Establish legal and risk management requirements of small business Erect and dismantle restricted height scaffolding Work safely at heights Remove non-friable asbestos Service Type A gas appliances Commission and maintain backflow prevention devices Commission and maintain hot and heated water temperature control Conduct civil construction skid steer loader Conduct backhoe/loader operations Conduct civil construction excavator operations Enter and work in confined spaces Licence to operate a forklift truck
