We want to know what you want to see in the Mount Isa City Council Librarys
new Teen Space. How can we make the library better for you? You can write, draw,
paint, make a collage, or make a video outlining your ideas and thoughts about how we
can create a space that works for you! All completed submissions go in the draw to win
a special prize pack, please see the guidelines below. Submission closes 22/04/14.

Guidelines:

1. Only those aged 12 to 25 years at time of entry will be eligible. Entries close 5:30pm
Tuesday, 22nd April 2014.
2. Submissions of writing or visual art are not to exceed 1 x A4 piece of paper.
3. Digital media, including digital photo collages or video are to be submitted on 1 x CD/
DVD only.
4. Entries must be submitted with this cover sheet completed to be eligible.
5. The prize is awarded by a draw of names, not by merit of entry. The decision is
final. The winner will be contacted by phone by library staff.
6. This event is to research the wants and needs of our patrons only. Adoption and
implementation of ideas will be at the Librarys discretion.
