Highlights of Summer Camps 2014

Ill never give up, no, no, no, no! Thats

final; thats it; thats so, so, so! And furthermore, I know, know, know, God never gives up
on me! This theme song echoed in our ears as
we ministered in six churches in the English
Summer Camps.

After three weeks, the American team moved
on to South Korea. Thomas Huang and Cindy
Hsu filled in as English teachers. Sherry Huang
assisted us as a translator for two camps.
Thank you for praying for the camps.

This year we were privileged to serve in two aborigine villages of the Bunun Tribe. Below are pictures from the village of
Namasia in the mountains of Kaohsiung County. In 2009, Typhoon Morakot caused huge landslides and flooding that almost
wiped out the entire village. The Presbyterian church pictured below received little damage. Only fourteen families live in Namasia now; the other villagers moved to government-housing projects.
The Gideons provided Bibles for us to distribute to the children of the camps. We also gave them copies of Jesus, My Very
Best Friend.
