Circular Memo No. 10783-C/321/DCM-II/2010, Dated: 13-06-2012 **** ORDER: The monthly Hire Charges towards private hired vehicles operating in APTRANSCO (Vidyut Soudha and field) were revised under reference (1) to (2) cited above. 2. Government of Andhra Pradesh has revised the hire charges for hiring the private

vehicles in the Government Departments/Government affiliated organizations under reference (3). 3. The owners of hired vehicles operating in Vidyut Soudha/APTransco have

requested to increase the hire charges due to increase in fuel cost, driver salary, repairs & maintenance charges etc. It is felt necessary to enhance the existing monthly hire charges of both AC Cars and Non AC vehicles (Cars/Jeeps/Utility Vehicles/Mini Lorry/Van) operating in entire APTRANSCO 4. After careful examination, APTRANSCO here by revise the hiring charges fixed in

the reference (1) to (2) cited, for AC Cars and Non-AC vehicles (Cars/Jeeps/Utility Vehicles/Mini Lorry/Van) operating in APTRANSCO as indicated in Annexure A & B . 6. All the controlling officers shall conclude fresh agreements with the revised rates

taking in to consideration the prescribed models only . 7. The revised rates shall be effective from 01-10-2012 for all hired A/C Cars and Non

A/C vehicles (Cars/Jeeps/Utility Vehicles/Mini Lorry/Van) operating in APTransco. . 8. This order is issued with the concurrence of Director (Finance & Revenue) vide

Regd. No.3903 , Dated.16-10-2012.
