The Admin Dept. and Regional Office will be responsible for payment. For daily cost, Working Record for Driver Form should be
filled by the driver and signed by the user daily, the user is responsible for confirming the working record, and the car rental
company will pay the daily cost according to the record, and send all the bills to the Admin Dept. and Regional Office for payment.
If employees relevant to this project / department want to use car, they should contact with Responsible person, and use the cars
rented by this project / department first, if there is no vacant car, Responsible person can contact car management of Admin Dept
to use the standby cars for temporary using.
