Recently I undertook work experience at Human Resource Department, Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara, (DBKU) where I was praised for accomplishment of my practical training. During my time there I was involved in key areas of HUMAN RESOURCE activity such as selecting, training identification for the needed employee, as well other routine office task such as filling the old document, conducting office safety program (OSH) as well improving the 5S policy in the department and particularly enjoyed to working with the staff in Human Resource Department as they are easy going and easy to negotiate, I also enjoying for pushing myself in order to finishing my task in given time as well always focused to my task with trying to finish my task as perfect as possible.
