Composed professional letters and e-mails sent to students or families regarding orientation. Worked with confidential student information such as student identification numbers, financial aid distributions, personal identifiers and academic history. Processed and inputted cash, check, money order and credit card payments from Orientation fees. Collected and inputted student information such as communication logs, payment history, session date changes and cancellations into the Orientation Registration database. Assisted students one-on-one to find classes that satisfied degree and graduation requirements.
