Complimentary room offer is non-transferable, non-upgradeable, and nonexchangeable for cash. 3. Member is allowed to reserve only 01 complimentary room on a single checkin-date. (Not applicable to the promotion with entitlement of 02 or more complimentary rooms) 4. Kindly logon to https://book.rwgenting.com to check your complimentary room entitlement details. 5. Room reservation is subject to availability. 6. Room reservation details will send through e-mail once booking confirmed &submitted. If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us via email at egwc@rwgenting.com or call +603-6105 2028. 7. Cancellation, amendment, or extension of complimentary room offer is not allowed. 8. Any no show on complimentary room reservation will be considered utilized. 9. Member is required to present their Genting Rewards Card and Identity Card (IC)/Passport upon check-in at the hotel. 10. Check-in on behalf is not allowed. 11. Check-in Kiosk (operating from 6am to 11pm) is available at First World Hotel only. 12.
