Silver Spring, Maryland with 222 units consisting two-bedroom apartments, The Citron offers its amenities while achieving LEED Silver certification.

FPC broke ground in August of 2011, and the project was completed in June of 2013. The Citron is a 272,500 square-foot wood-frame structure and its exterior is articulated with two colors of brick alongside cast stone accents. In order to give The Citron a concreteframe look, FPC implemented aluminum balcony railings and other metal design pieces around the property. Architecture of The Citron was completed by SK+I Architects, Inc.
