Expert at putting together complex estimates, engineering and stone shop drawings through
the use of CAD software. For 30 years I have provided innovative solutions for major projects
from Manhattan to San Francisco to Florida and the Bahamas.

Contract Value: Over $ 7 million of stone supply and installation.
 
Project Brief:
A seven (7) level area containing luxury stores and restaurants with a 150-foot Galleria type Atrium
serviced by 18 escalators. Includes 12,000 sq. ft. of Jet Mist granite wall cladding set with a mechanical
anchoring system. Innovative also engineered and installed the steel backup framing and 55,000 sq.
ft. of granite, marble and glass flooring set in a traditional cement mortar bed. Also included is 15,000
sq. ft. of 2 ½” thick granite pavers at the Columbus Circle sidewalk. The construction schedule was
approximately 19 months from start to finish and we supplied and installed over 20,000 pieces of
stone cut to size. Innovative received two awards for this project. We were given an award by New
York Construction magazine for being part of the construction team of the 2003 Project of the Year.

PROJECT BRIEF:
A (67) sixty seven story - 362 unit condominium / hotel building with
over 178,000 sq. ft. White Quartz Agglomerate tile walls and floors,
35,000 sq.ft. of 2cm Quartz Agglomerate countertops for Kitchens and
Bathroom vanity tops and approximately 14,000 sq.ft. Equator
marble/Antique Brown granite full height backsplashes in Kitchens.
Common areas have thousands of sq. ft. of cut to size marble flooring ,
wall cladding and countertops using various marbles, quartzite, onyx
and limestone. Exterior has granite wall cladding set with an
engineered mechanical anchoring system. Project includes 56 hotel
suites for Tempo Hotel, a Rock Resorts property.

PROJECT BRIEF:
Twin tower (50) fifty-story buildings totaling 850 condominium
units with over 230,000 sq.ft. White Carrara marble tile bathroom
walls and floors, 43,000 sq.ft. of 3cm Absolute Black granite
countertops in Kitchens and over 1300 individual 2cm Islandia
marble vanity tops in bathrooms. Common areas have sq.ft. cut
to size marble flooring and wall cladding using many different
stones including Jerusalem Gold, Black Portoro, Calacatta White,
Absolute Black and Blue Bahia. The Exterior wall cladding of the
Project Podium encompassing one square block has 32,000 sq.ft.
of 3cm granite and limestone set with an engineered mechanical
anchoring system spanning the first two floors of the building.

A twenty-eight (28) story 125 Unit luxury condominium building

with over 18,000 sq.ft. of intricately patterned cut stone public
lobbies and fountains, over 110,000 sq.ft. of Perlato marble tile in
the unit baths, approximately 8,000 sq.ft. of 2cm cut to size Perlato
marble vanity tops and 10,000 sq.ft. of 3cm cut to size granite
kitchen countertops.
