1) DAELIM has taken NDT work in its own scope, but we dont have any facility to give support

to third party inspection companies like.. manpower to identify requested joints for RT Lighting generators Scaffolding Work permit receiver Transport to shift machine like Generators, PWHT machines etc. Diesel tanker to fill diesel to NDT subcontractors generators 2) For above matters we have to fully depend on our subcontractors. 3) Subcontractors not identifying enough joint for RT crew so we cant utilize our all RT crews. 4) DAELIM NDT coordinators are not having sufficient time to give more attention on job site due to lots of documentation work 5) From beginning there is no NDT master log for every data we have to depend on CIMS. 6) QC department not receiving controlled copy of isometric drawings to track differences between latest & superseded drawings.
