CANDIDATE INFORMATION – ELECTION FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

BRIDGE POINTE AT JEKYLL SOUND COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.

The following individuals have submitted their name(s) and background information for
consideration to be elected to the Board of Directors:

JAMES CORCORAN - Former member Board of Trustees, Beaver Brook Masters

Association, Annandale, NJ; former member Board of Trustees, Roundtop Condominium
Association, Annandale, NJ; Finance Consultant, Division Manager/Controller, APT
Finance and Accounting Organization. Resident of Annandale, NJ.

MIKE DANYUS - Currently serving the Board in a supporting role on the Bridge Pointe
Executive Board Committee. The committee is responsible for researching outstanding
issues impacting our Bridge Pointe Community, and then working with the members of
the Board and the Executive Board Committee to follow the issue through to resolution
and closure. My familiarity with Bridge Pointe, the surrounding area, the past and
present issues and current Board members make me an ideal candidate to run for Board
Member. I was employed by AT&T for approximately 28 years before retiring in 2005.
During my career there, I held various management positions in the Marketing,
Systems/Billing and Finance Departments.

DAN HARSHMAN – Currently serving as Secretary to Bridge Pointe Board; Director of

store programs for regional drug store chain; former Director of Acquisitions for major
drug store chain; Manager of own rental properties 30 years. Resident of Carolina Beach,
NC.

LOUIS KARVONIDIS – Currently serving as Treasurer to Bridge Pointe Board; CPA;

Accountant with AT & T; experience as a landlord. Resident of Boonton, NJ.

DOUG PORCELLI – Currently serving as President of Bridge Pointe Board; retired US

Army Major; Retired Manager Kimberly Clark; previous experience on HOA Board.
Resident of Middletown, DE.

B. DAVID RICHARDSON – background in residential real estate and site

planning/development; co-developed a 25 acre site into a 93 lot Craftsman style
community; Industrial Real Estate Broker in metro Atlanta. Resident of Marietta, GA.
