Terms & Conditions:

1. Delivery: At Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology within 3Weeks from date of Order issued.
2. Validity: This Order Is Valid till the Delivery date only.
3. Taxes as applicable will be charged at the time of delivery, Current Prevailing Rate is CST @ 5.5%.
Service taxes or CVD as applicable will be charged at the time of delivery.
4. TDS and WCT: if applicable as per Income Tax Act, 1961 as amended to date will be deducted.
5. Sikkim Ecology Fund and Environmental CESS @ it shall be charged at Rangpo check post /
deduction from the bill, if applicable. If it is charged at Rangpo check post, the receipt should be
enclosed along with the bill.
6. PAN will be mentioned on the tax invoice / bill submitted by you for payment, failing which
deduction of tax (if applicable) shall be taken @ 20% (twenty percent).
7. Payment Terms: 50% Advance Payment shall be made along with the purchase order and remaining
50% after the supply, installation and training.
8. Disputes, if any, arriving out of supply order will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of Sikkim
only.
