New To You Consignment Check-In Form and Consignor Agreement

As a consignor I am entitled to one consignor pass to come to the Pre-Sale. If I volunteer and work the sale, I am then entitled to a volunteer pass which allows me to shop earlier than a consignor at the Pre-Sale. I MAY NOT GIVE MY CONSIGNOR PASS OR MY VOLUNTEER PASS TO ANYONE ELSE. All items must be clean and functioning (no missing pieces and working batteries included if applicable). New To You reserves the right to reject any item, and may also remove and item from the sales floor at any time. Consignor is responsible for tagging and pricing their own items If indicated on the tag, item will be discounted 50% off during the off sale If no price is indicated on the tag, a price will be determined by New To You or the item will be removed from the sales floor. Items must be a minimum of $1. Consignor accepts the responsibility to pick up any unsold merchandise the Saturday of the sale between 5:005:45. Any items not picked up at this time become the property of New To You Consignment. New To You Consignment is not responsible for any losses as a result of fire, flood, theft, damage, or lost or stolen items. All Sales are final and no returns, refunds, or credits will be given. Consignor agrees to waive any and all claims for bodily injury, personal injury or any other loss resulting from participation in the sale, for whatever cause, against New To You Consignment. Consignor will earn 60% of selling prices or higher based on incentives listed at the time of the sale. All Checks will be mailed within two weeks of the sale. If the consignor has not received her/his check within two weeks of the sale, it is her/his responsibility to contact New To You Consignment at newtoyouconsignment@outlook.com . All earnings checks mailed to the Consignor must be cashed within 30 days of the check date or the check will be cancelled and the funds forfeited. A $5 registration fee will be assessed and collected from each consignors check at the end of the sale. It is the Consignors responsibility to ensure all merchandise meets the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commissions Recall Criteria.

I understand that New To You will NOT attempt to contact me if I am not here to pick up by 5:45p.m.
