Interest in Program and Background I am currently studying to earn my Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting. The strong background in business and accounting I have developed will aide me greatly in earning my Masters degree in the field. Having successfully taken a number of Accounting courses, I am very well suited to the University of Cincinnatis Masters in Accounting program. Goals My goals for the near future include obtaining an internal audit position at a bank, credit union, or public accounting firm, earning a Masters degree in Accountancy, and taking the Certified Public Accountant examination in order to obtain my license. After completing these goals, I plan to continue to strive to improve and succeed in the accounting profession. Attributes of a Particular Program The attributes of the University of Cincinnatis MS in Accounting program have caught my interest. I will be working full-time, and therefore unable to be a full-time graduate student. This program has the option of taking courses part-time. The possibility of taking two courses per semester in the evenings would work excellently with my short-term goals.
