Applications
SKC Rigid Polyol SL484 is used extensively in the production of conventional rigid polyurethane foams. The rigid foams made from this polyol shows good compressive strength and dimensional stability.

Storage
SKC Rigid Polyol SL484 is hygroscopic and absorption of moisture would affect polyol reactivity and physical properties of the resulting polymer. The material should be stored in sealed containers and in dry conditions, away from direct sources of heat. The recommended storage temperature is between 20 ~ 35.

Handling Precautions
SKC Rigid Polyol SL484 has a very low odor of acute toxicity and does not present a significant health hazard to users. Normal standards of industrial hygiene should however be observed when handling this chemical. Suitable protective clothing and eye protection must be worn to avoid unnecessary contacts and accidental ingestion. In case of skin or eye contact, wash promptly with copious amounts of clean water. In case of eye contact, seek medical attention.

Fire & Explosion Hazards

SKC Rigid Polyol SL484 is not readily ignited, but like most organic materials, it will burn when involved in a fire.
