To find suitable employment with a stable company in which I may grow and learn as well as develop a career. I have worked as a manager for many restaurants and can adapt to different situations and requirements. ASSISTANT MANAGER: PIZZA HUT CORNELIUS, NC. 10/12/2007 to 06/27/2009 I was hired as a shift manager but quickly became Assistant. I did everything in the store from making employee schedules to inventory and ordering product. The only reason I left this company was because my husband got a better job offer in another state and we had to move. SHIFT MANAGER: TACO BELL CASPER, WYOMING 04/2000 to 02/2001 I was hired as crew, but made shift manager within 4 months. I was the overnight manager so I did a lot of cleaning, setting up cash registers for morning shift, prepping for the next shift and making food orders. I had to leave this position due to complications with pregnancy.

I believe that communication is the key to every working relationship. If you cant talk to one another things are not going to get done correctly or in a timely manner. I believe that honest is best and that we live in an adult world and therefore I do not sugar coat when expressing concerns. I have always been the leader, either it be at work or at home.
