mngr. for front and back of the house.

inventory, scheduling, daily books, cost control, P & L statements
and supervision of staff.

Prior experience includes 3 years as lounge manager, Heidelburg

Haus, Mt Pleasant, IA., and 8 years as server, bartender, and
supervisor, Fort Des Moines Hotel, Des Moines, IA.

Summary: I worked through high school as a server and cook at a

local restaurant, and as a clerk for a grocery store. I love working
with people and am comfortable in the front and the back of the
house.
